We want you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. Please read our return and refund policy below.

Returns

If you need to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:​​

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In their original packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Approved returns may be refunded to the original form of payment or issued as store credit.

Local Delivery Orders

If there is an issure with a delivered order, please contact us as soon as possiblie so we can resolve it quickly.

Food & Treats

For the safety of pets, opened food, treats, and consumable products cannot be returned.

If your pet has a problem with a product purchased from our store, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help find a solution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:​​

  • Opened pet food or treats

  • Opened supplements

  • Clearance or final sale items

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will make it right.
